How would you like a full-sized robotics hand ?  We are pleased to offer a complete fully assembled robotics hand designed and built by icRobot & Fully assembly in Hong Kong. This robotics hand includes 13 servos, 2 controllers Boards, and EasyServo  or VSA software which operate the action.  This robotics hand is including a palm, lower arm, upper arm & shoulder.

Question 1.  How many degrees of freedom per finger?
Answer 1.  Each finger has only 1 degree of freedom: each finger has 3 joints that linked mechanically and rotate simultaneously. The fore, middle, ring and little finger have one extra servo to seperate the fingers. The thumb has one extra servo to rotate about the palm.

Question 2.  How is it operated?   Servos? or Pneumatics? or electric motors?
Answer 2.  All joints are operated by standard and high torque servos. The fingers and wrist are operated by steel cables, with the servos mounted in the chest. Total 13 servos controlled by 2 mini-SSC-II servo controllers: fingers - 5 servos, finger seperation - 1, thumb rotation - 1, wrist - 1, forearm rotation - 1,  elbow - 1, upper arm rotation - 1, sholder - 2.

Question3.  Do you provide control software?  Is it a GUI?
Answer 3. It can be controlled by any software designed for mni-SSC-II, such as VSA. We also provide our own demo software.
